Dashboards in chat: GA

**What the feature is**

Create dashboards with natural language in chat was launched as Technical Preview in 9.4. Now we are making it GA and it includes improved chart quality, controls creation, higher speed and lower costs.

**Value proposition**
Users will be able to explore their data by asking the chat questions in natural language. The chat can leverage dashboards and visualizations as inputs for the reasoning agent as well as outputs when they are the most effective response, dramatically reducing the time-to-insights and eliminating the need for users to build them manually.

**Expected outcome**

"Create a dashboard for threat hunting" will result in a new dashboard
Iterate on dashboards in chat
Ask, in chat, to edit an existing dashboard without having to click
