Export Case Data for Reporting and Archiving

This feature will introduce a native, UI-driven export capability for Cases, allowing users to get case data out of Kibana in human-readable formats without technical workarounds. Users will be able to export a single case or a filtered list of cases to HTML, CSV, or PDF directly from the Cases interface.

**Value proposition**

Currently, sharing case data with stakeholders who don't have Kibana access — executives, auditors, or external partners — requires pulling raw JSON via API and converting it manually. For SOC managers and compliance teams, this gap makes it difficult to produce postmortem reports, track metrics in external tools, or archive cases as fixed records for regulatory purposes. Native export will make case data portable and immediately usable outside the platform.

**Expected outcome**

After this update, users will be able to:
- Export a filtered list of cases or bulk reporting, metric tracking, or import into external tools.
- Export a single case that includes all case data.
- Archive case records as fixed, human-readable documents for compliance and legal purposes — without API access or manual conversion.
