Entity Analytics - Entity Resolution Enhancements

**Background**
In v9.4, we provided OOTB Entity Resolution for our customers. In phase 2, we want to provide additional features to allow our customers to define and create their own entity resolution rules to match their unique environments. We have received early customer feedback on the ability to customize, auto-generate recommendations and more OOTB resolution methods.

**Value proposition**
1. Enable our security users to define their own custom logic for entity resolution to their instance.
2. GenAI Recommendations - We will provide GenAI Recommendations based on what entities should be grouped together.
3. Machine Learning Fuzzy Matching - Machine Learning patterns we can use to provide additional OOTB resolution logic.
