Description
In anticipation of https://github.com/elastic/rally-tracks/pull/333 being merged, the `elastic/logs` `cross-clusters-search` challenge utilises multiple clusters, it'd be cool if we could implement an additional/or modify the existing `es_cluster` fixture to provision (at least) two seperate clusters.
