Validation: Make sure sample event contents are included in README.md

If an integration package defines `sample_event.json` files in some or all of its data streams, it would be nice to validate that this sample event contents are embedded somewhere in the `README.md` for that package. Credit for this suggestion goes to @dedemorton.
