[Discuss] Add sample events support

To use these assets in Rally for indexing tasks, we need not only the index/pipeline configurations (already provided) but some sample data which approximates the real world. Should we carry over the sample events in a given package to be available here as well? The benchmarks where we consume these assets would then be responsible for data generation off of the sample(s).
