Add Windows to set of Acceptance testing

Currently Logstash tests a suite of Debian and Redhat based Linux distributions for it's automated acceptance testing.

We should add Windows based distributions to the list of OS's that run the acceptance tests.

Start by locating the acceptance-testing configuration and the existing Debian and Red Hat distribution list. Review how those suites are provisioned and run, then add Windows distributions so they execute in the automated acceptance-test set and verify the suite completes successfully.
