Want to contribute a Logstash output plugin

Hi,

I work with BMC Software, and I am interested in contributing a Logstash output plugin to the Logstash project. This is to feed in log stash data into BMC TrueSight IT Data Analytics.
The plugin is currently on Rubygems.org, and can be installed into any log stash instance using the plugin name logstash-output-itda.

The code has been uploaded to Github, as project logstash-output-itda.
Can you please help?
