Enhancement - Better way of managing logstash configuration files

In all versions of logstash you need to maintain a text file of your logstash configuration.

With the improvements and capabilities of ES and Hosted ES solutions, it would be ideal to have a solution to have a managed logstash solution.

Specifically. Somewhere I can view all my logstash configurations, last executions, failures, edit configurations, execute them etc.
