Add source as a parameter to select the origin of the plugins

Hi,
this days the plugin manager pulls the plugins either from rubygems or from a another source. To add this extra source a user need to change the Gemfile.

We should provide an option in the plugin manager to select an extra source, it would also be nice to provide a command to update the sources, but this might be an extra option.
