👋 howdy, team! Will you kindly consider a Logstash-par API (to be included in the [Logstash diagnostic](https://www.elastic.co/docs/troubleshoot/ingest/logstash/diagnostic)) akin to Elasticsearch's [Pipeline API](https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-ingest-get-pipeline) or even [Logstash centrally-managed Pipelines](https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-logstash-get-pipeline)?
This would reduce noise when troubleshooting needing to pull the LS Diag separate from YAML files and handle understanding dynamic pipeline loading 🙏. Ideal output would be JSON for automations.
