I created an output plugin for InfluxDB 2.x for private use.

This plugin is a new implementation using [influxdb-client-ruby](https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb-client-ruby) and is not compatible with the existing [logstash-output-influxdb](https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-output-influxdb).
