Update rpm/deb distribution to warn users when upgrade with not officially supported plugin

Update rpm /deb packages to warn the users with a message about not supported plugins.
The message should be printed after the upgrade, and recall that non officially supported plugins must be reinstalled by manual action, so that they don't expect that also those plugins are automatically updated during the upgrade of an installation (major/minor/patch)
