[Traefik Integration] Support for V2 metrics

The current Traefik integration rely on native beats module to collect the metrics using the /health endpoint. This is now deprecated and removed from Traefik. The integrations is not pulling the metrics from v2 version. New backend support has been added to collect the metrics from traefik.

While performing this upgrade we need to also check for V3 migration document which was introduced recently.
