Start by rerunning the system test “elastic-agent logs - sysmetric” for the oracle package and review build 42450. Trace the sql.query connection failure for the sysmetric DataStream, including the ORA-12541 no-listener error and the degraded sql/metrics-default state. Done means the test no longer reports these degraded states or connection errors.
