Description

### Integration Name

Cisco Meraki

### Dataset Name

`cisco_meraki.log`

### Integration Version

1.31.0

### Agent Version

9.1

### OS Version and Architecture

N/A

### User Goal

Use SSL with TCP-based syslog input.

### Existing Features

The integration does support SSL for the TCP-based syslog input, but it doesn't document it.

### What did you see?

The TCP-based syslog configuration [documentation](https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/integrations/cisco_meraki#syslog) indicates:
>Depending on the syslog server setup in your environment check one/more of the following options "Collect syslog from Cisco Meraki via UDP", "Collect syslog from Cisco Meraki via TCP", "Collect syslog from Cisco Meraki via file".
>
>Enter the values for syslog host and port OR file path based on the chosen configuration options.

It makes no mention of SSL settings, nor are these indicated elsewhere on the documentation page.

These settings _do_, however, exist:

They should be documented.

### Anything else?
