[New Integration] NSX Advanced Load Balancer (NSX-ALB)

Enable native integration of VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (Avi) with Elastic Agent to collect, monitor, and analyze application delivery metrics, logs, and security events from NSX ALB environments.
