### User Goal

Today, there is a Custom AWS Logs integration which can read from either CloudWatch or S3, however, this is the "older" integration style. Elastic has introduced a newer "input" integration, which generates additional things automatically like component/index templates and ingest pipelines. It would be beneficial to have a similar setup for Custom AWS Logs.
