[Palo Alto Firewall] OS Support Update

Our Palo Alto firewall integration currently supports several PAN-OS versions, some of which are EOL and some of which are not the latest version. We need to ensure that we support Palo's latest OS, which also ensuring we stay in-line with their EOL dates for older OS. Our supported OS are declared in the Compatibility Section of our docs [here](https://www.elastic.co/docs/current/integrations/panw#compatibility).

**Latest OS Support**
We support up to v11.0 of PAN-OS, but the latest version is now 11.2, released in May 2024 and release notes available [here](https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/11-2/pan-os-release-notes/features-introduced-in-pan-os). We need to test against both 11.2 and 11.1 and updated the compatibly section of our docs accordingly to declare support for 11.1 and 11.2

**End of Life OS**

We should be supported PAN-OS v10.1 and above, all version below 10.1 have no reached end of life and therefore we can no longer claim to support these OS. This needs to be reflected in our docs.
