New icon for Cloud Connect

**Metaphor**

Cloud services descend into a cluster that stays where it is. Nothing moves but what the cloud sends down. Delivery, not migration.

**Do alternative icon or workarounds exist?**

We're currently using `plugs` icon, but it would be good to move on to something more specific.

**Use Case**

Cloud Connect is a feature that allows users to connect their self-managed clusters to Cloud, in order to be able to use cloud-only services like AutoOps and Elastic Inference Service. The most prominent location where the icon is used is in Cloud Navigation, other areas include RBAC chips in Cloud Organization Members and API keys tables.

There's need to start referencing it in EIS areas around Kibana, too, and we're expanding areas in Cloud where all resources might appear in one list and icon would be used as one of the ways to differentiate where the resource comes from. Also possible it will be featured in Billing section of Cloud.

**Value / Impact**
We want to ensure that Cloud Connect feature has a recognizable, dedicated icon, so it's easier to build a mental model around it. If we start referencing it across Kibana, users should not question what this icon is about, but be able to quickly connect it to the fact that the feature they're looking at is dependent on their Cloud connection.

Cloud Connect only has 2 services right now, but there are plans to grow to more, so establishing a pattern early on will be important for users as we scale.

**Urgency**

It's not a blocker as we're using `plugs` icon now, but as we increase the areas where the icon shows up, we should have a more appropriate, feature-specific, icon.

**Related code or customizations**

We're using one of the existing icons, so nothing is customized at this point. It should be easy issue to update in all locations once the new icon is available. For reference, here are the current locations where icon is in use:
- Cloud nav
- Cloud Organization: Members list
- Cloud Organization: API keys list
