Based on report on discuss here: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/windows-security-toast-popu-when-updating-elastic-agent/381431
See if we can investigate when/why this happens and if its a bug.
- Does it happen when installing endpoint?
- Does it happen when uninstalling endpoint?
- Does it happen when upgrading agent from Fleet?
Theory that maybe it happens on upgrade due to the endpoint process exiting? If so, investigate a better way to do this so the toast doesn't get triggered if possible.
