Description
Per #28:
> User Guide. Comparing with the old way (using zip file), now beats installer will be operated in different folders: Program Files and ProgramData, we need to have a good how-to user guide too. Basically we need to rewrite most windows command, i.e., from Step1 to Step 5 in https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/current/filebeat-getting-started.html.
Windows post-install instructions need to be updated.
