**Describe the enhancement:**
Would be nice to be able to output to Apache Kafka
**Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:**
By sending the data to Apache Kafka it opens up the door to use Apache Flink for data enrichment prior to sending the data to the Elastic Stack.
