User profile parameters are not persisted for tests after stack up

There are some parameters that when used in `stack up`, they should be also available on tests.

For example after starting a stack with `-U stack.logstash_enabled=true`, system tests should be able to use this logstash instance as output, as happens when setting `stack.logstash_enabled: true` in the profile `config.yml`.
