re-review migration guide for completeness

We have a migration guide, but it was a first pass.
Let's do another pass that enumerates any config support from the classic APM agent that isn't covered (for example `ignoreUserAgents`). This does not mean that'll we add support for every config option -- some of them are less important or no longer relevant.
