Better logging when APM server is under memory pressure or eventually ran out of memory/crash

Description

Fleet server crashed, bringing down its spawned agents:

It looks like this is because it ran out of memory (these are 512m instances)

It will be helpful for the agent logs to report on memory pressure leading up to the eventual crash.

This issue has not been assessed yet.
