Creating deployable collections of policies and applying. them to groups of targets

It should be possible to create policy groups that include multiple policies applicable to the target infrastructure and then apply them to a host or a group of hosts, either pre-selected or based on dynamic criteria, such as OS type or version, cloud region, etc.

This will allow an easier data collection setup in environments with a large number of diverse servers and services to monitor.
