Description

@pmoust commented on [Wed Jun 13 2018](https://github.com/elastic/cloud-cli/issues/388)

Enhancement / feature request:

Would be great to have the ability, in a single command targeting a cluster / deployment id, to restore a cluster to latest running topology from latest successful snapshot if the cluster has been scaled down.

Hello @pmoust, thank you for opening a feature request! Much appreciated.

@marclop, what would be your take on this one? Is this something we could do using our SDKs?

I think we need to investigate this feature, Probably something post-GA

@marclop I think this should live in the sdk / ecctl world, no?
