Description
## Summary
Discover replaces the Documents, Patterns, and Field statistics tabs with a toolbar dropdown. The count stays on the left. A View as button opens Documents, Patterns, and Field statistics. Several Discover pages still say tab and show the old toolbar. Screenshots on those pages need an update.
**Why this needs docs:** Published Discover how-tos still tell users to click tabs that no longer exist.

## Suggested edits
[Run a pattern analysis on your log data](https://www.elastic.co/docs/explore-analyze/discover/run-pattern-analysis-discover) > Pattern analysis steps
- **What the docs say:** Click the Patterns tab next to Documents and Field statistics.
- **What to add:** Replace the tab instruction. Tell users to open View as and select Patterns. Flag the screenshot for the old tab bar. Applies from 9.6.0 and in serverless.
[View field statistics](https://www.elastic.co/docs/explore-analyze/discover/show-field-statistics) > Open Field statistics
- **What the docs say:** Click Field statistics. The table summarizes how many documents in the sample contain each field.
- **What to add:** Say to open View as and select Field statistics. The click-the-name wording is now incomplete next to the old tab layout in the screenshot. Applies from 9.6.0 and in serverless.
