Inspect Requests shows a Projects tab for linked serverless projects

## Summary

When Cross-Project Search has linked projects, the Inspector Requests view now shows a Projects tab instead of Clusters and shards. Each row still uses Elasticsearch _clusters details and adds project alias, origin, provider, region, and tags. Expand a row for the shard breakdown. Search and filters appear when there is more than one project. Single-project and non-CPS deployments keep Clusters and shards.

**Why this needs docs:** Published Inspector docs always show a Serverless Projects tab and miss the linked-projects swap plus project identity fields.

- **What to add:** Say that Projects replaces Clusters and shards only when CPS has linked projects. Single-project Serverless still shows Clusters and shards. On Projects, document Project alias, Origin project, Provider, Region, and Tags, plus expand for shards and search when there are two or more projects. Applies in serverless when cross-project search has linked projects.
