[Serverless]: Troubleshooting page should also include some Serverless specific troubleshooting tips

I love that we have a troubleshooting section in our docs ❤

However, looking at the content on this page, I see a list of miscellaneous tips around data streams, field mappings and index settings - which do not appear to be Serverless specific. We may want to rework this section to include troubleshooting scenarios that are specific to Serverless (or at least include some examples that are not just core Elasticsearch troubleshooting).
