Description

### Documentati0on Link

### Description

The Fleet documentation needs two updates:

1. Replace the outdated screenshots in **Roles and Privileges** with current UI screenshots.
2. Add documentation for **Automatic Import** under **Custom Integrations**.

### What is broken

- The screenshots in the **Roles and Privileges** page do not match the current UI.
- There is no documentation for **Automatic Import** in **Custom Integrations**.

### Expected behavior

- The **Roles and Privileges** screenshots reflect the current UI.
- The documentation explains **Automatic Import** clearly, including its purpose, workflow, prerequisites, configuration, and expected behavior.

### Scope

Update the Fleet docs page for roles and privileges, and add the missing Automatic Import content where it belongs in the custom integrations documentation.

RefineBot changes

**What changed:**
- Split the request into two explicit documentation tasks so the scope is clear.
- Added broken/expected behavior sections for the outdated screenshots and missing Automatic Import content.
- Kept the original link and both screenshots.

**What was preserved:**
- The report still asks for current Fleet roles/privileges screenshots and Automatic Import documentation in Custom Integrations.
- The original issue intent and evidence were retained.

**Source:** Repo context from `reference/fleet/fleet-roles-privileges.md` and `explore-analyze/ai-features/automatic-import.md`.

* There is no documentation describing the **Automatic Import** functionality in **Custom Integrations**, including its purpose, workflow, prerequisites, configuration, and expected behavior.

TriageBot — Needs refinement

### 2026-08-11

**Type:** documentation

**Section check:**
- ✅ title: clear enough
- ✅ description: present
- ❌ actual/expected sections: present but weak; missing a clear definition of done for the Automatic Import addition

**Ambiguity / scope notes:**
- The issue combines two separate documentation tasks: screenshot refresh and new feature coverage.
- “Custom Integrations” is referenced, but the body does not say where the new Automatic Import content should live.

**Cross-references:**
- All checked links are valid enough for triage.

**Next step:** Rewritten above

Research direction

Read reference/fleet/fleet-roles-privileges.md and explore-analyze/ai-features/automatic-import.md first. Compare the Roles and Privileges screenshots with the current UI, then determine where Automatic Import belongs in the Custom Integrations documentation. Done means current screenshots are included and the feature’s purpose, workflow, prerequisites, configuration, and expected behavior are documented.
