[REQUEST]: Add a section to the documentation specifically around optimizing queries

### Description

We have several articles in the documentation that talk about different operators and things to use when writing queries, but nowhere do we have a central place that. https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/guide/master/search-in-depth.html does this pretty well in giving all the different types of search, that might be a good starting place to look
