[Website]: Remove Serverless Security tag from Universal Profiling web pages

### What happened?

At the top of this page, there is a tag for Serverless Security.

This is wrong in 2 ways ...
1. Universal Profiling is an O11Y feature and not a Security feature
2. Universal Profiling is not available in Serverless and there is no timeline to make it available as per: [https://elastic.slack.com/archives/C045BMYS12M/p1781081709488479](https://elastic.slack.com/archives/C045BMYS12M/p1781081709488479)

Ideally, we should please check the other Universal Profiling pages to make sure that none of them mention Serverless.
