[Website]: add the matrix for explaining which dataset is visible from which dashboards

### What happened?

The Kafka Integration has several datasets with a dashboard with 11 tabs (Overview, Topic, Controller, JVM, Network, Replica manager, Log manager, Raft, Consumer, Producer, Logs) I'd like to understand which data I can see from which dashboard. Please provide a kind of matrix that I can easily find them.
