Equivalent of Cloud ID page but for Serverless

I had a case last week where I needed to ingest data from a script into a serverless project. It turns out in serverless there is no obvious Cloud ID as there is for ECH. In serverless, users need the Elasticsearch endpoint.

Suggestions:
- Add a note on that ECH-only page in case users land on this one from search https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/find-cloud-id (to link to the serverless equivalent page)
- Create a page under https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/serverless to propose equivalent instructions
- Check references to this in the docs;

Right now there is a page that exists about it but it's burried in the ES solution docs https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/elasticsearch-solution-project/search-connection-details while this also works for Obs & Security projects
