Turn Query DSL page in Explore & Analyze into an overview of Query DSL usage in Kibana

[The current page](https://www.elastic.co/docs/explore-analyze/query-filter/languages/querydsl) doesn't bring much value as compared to the [its counterpart in the reference section](https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/query-languages/querydsl).

As part of the effort to bring Explore & Analyze closer to Kibana, we should update this page to list the difference usage of this language that we can make throughout Kibana, similar to [the ES|QL page](https://www.elastic.co/docs/explore-analyze/query-filter/languages/esql-kibana). I didn't find a place in the docs where we say how Query DSL can be useful as a language when using Kibana
