Ingest tutorial review: Monitor a Java application

This sprint, start getting more familiar with new ingest-related concepts by running through an existing tutorial: [Monitor a Java application](https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/applications/tutorial-monitor-java-application).

## To do

* Follow the steps in the tutorial.
* Identify parts that are confusing, outdated, or incorrect.
* Make any necessary updates that you're able to do, for example:
* Improve prose, fix typos, update links, etc.
* Fix broken workflows and incorrect information.
* Update screenshots.
* For any problems you're not sure how to fix you can:
* Ask for help in #the-ski-team and/or the relevant dev channel.
* Open a new issue and ask for help finding someone with the answers.
