[Issue]: Download page has incorrect docs link

### What happened?

The https://www.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch downloads page has a link to "Getting started" docs as the screenshot below:


This image links to the URL https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/starting-with-the-elasticsearch-platform-and-its-solutions/current/getting-started-guides.html
That URL redirects to https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/starting-with-the-elasticsearch-platform-and-its-solutions/8.18/getting-started-guides.html which is specific to the v8.18 docs. There's a message about an updated version, and clicking on that just goes to the root docs page.

The current (v9) getting started page appears to be https://www.elastic.co/docs/get-started/

The v8.18 page may need to be updated to redirect to the correct updated version, and the link on the downloads page should also be updated to point to the latest version as well.
