[Feature Request]: Add git sha to announcement in preview

### What problem are you trying to solve?

When someone creates a PR and a preview is deployed, it's not entirely clear if the preview is up to date or in which state it is.

### Proposed Solution

Add the git sha or other pull request data to the announcment at the top of the screen.
