### Describe the bug
the [Docs LLM Zip](https://www.elastic.co/docs/llm.zip) skip out on all the `console` code snippets & mark them as `json`
### Expected behavior
Expect the Markdown to export with `console` and not be empty, more or less as literally exists in the source Markdown file.
