Fix automation in private repo

We have the following automation in docs-content-internal: https://github.com/elastic/docs-content-internal/blob/main/.github/workflows/add-to-board.yml

I'm trying to get this same automation to work in docs-content internal, but it won't. I'm sure it's a token/perms thing, but after playing around with it, I can't get it to work.
