[Issue]: Absense of Products/Solutions in the writeup text on the relese page can be confusing

### What happened?

As a user, I would expect the release notes button shown on a product/solution page to bring me to the release notes of that product/solution.

I.e. when reading up on https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/cloud-enterprise and then clicking the top right "release notes" button, I get redirected to a very generic https://www.elastic.co/docs/release-notes/, where ECE is not even mentioned in the write up.
The only way to get to the ECE release notes is to click Elastic Cloud Enterprise in the left side menu, which might not be obvious/expected for the user.


A few ideas:
* Can we deep link to the release notes of the product/solution that was open when the top right "releases notes" button was clicked (i.e. make it context aware)?
* Can we add the products/solutions into the write up text?
* If none of the above, can we make it more obvious to select the product/solution in the left menu bar?
