Description
This meta issue is one step of the initiative described in https://github.com/elastic/apm/issues/502.
The current state of specification for type/subtypes is stored in [tests/agents/json-specs/span_types.json](https://github.com/elastic/apm/blob/master/tests/agents/json-specs/span_types.json) in JSON format.
This is a meta issue to add tests to enforce this specification in every agent.
