[APM UI] Show Total HTTP status code and error counts on transaction details page

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
As an SRE / App Dev I would like to know the total counts of the HTTPS Status Codes and Error for the given time period.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Provide the total counts along the HTTP status code TPMs and Error Rates

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
As and SRE / App Dev will have to build a separate dashboards to get these counts, I would prefer not to and my other tools such as New Relic show those counts on the same page.

Start by locating the APM UI transaction details page and its existing HTTP status-code TPM and error-rate displays. Define how total counts should be queried and shown for the selected time period, then verify the page reports both status-code and error totals.
