Allow navigating to the metrics/logs UI from the metrics tab in APM

APM agents(for Java agent currently) capture and display the details of the underlying infrastructure on the metrics tab in the APM App. It will make it for an awesome experience if a user can jump directly into metrics/logs UI from the APM app. Adding the ability to drill into the underlying infra can further help isolate if a performance issue is impacting only an existing service or the entire host/container/pod.
