Feature Requests: Errors caught by APM

Feature requests; add ability to:

1) add statuses to errors caught within APM i.e. `open`, `investigating`, `monitoring` & `resolved` and be able to see this status from within the area where the errors for a service are listed rather than just upon opening the error's details. This would allow developers to quickly gain insight into whether an error has been dealt with or not

2) add a link to a task (in external software) relating to an error caught within APM. This allows other developers to see any specific details

Both of the above are similar to the features Google Stackdriver Error Reporting offers.
