Description
Change the type of `labels` and `numeric_labels` fields to flattened types. This shouldn't need to be considered a breaking change.
Depends on support of flattened fields in ES and Kibana (elastic/elasticsearch#61550, elastic/ecs#1341 (comment))
targeted in `> 8.0`
