model: align span.db with ECS

Description
APM records information under `span.db` relating to SQL/NoSQL/other database operations.
We should propose additional fieldsets to ECS, and then rename or duplicate the `span.db.*` fields. This information is not APM specific and could be populated by other data shippers. This would make cross-referencing between products more straightforward, e.g. for appsec analysis.
