Related to https://github.com/elastic/apm-server/issues/17117
TBS pubsub does not emit enough metrics to troubleshoot issues. Stub issue to increase observability of TBS pubsub.
Any addition of metrics need to update metrics related mappings. See previous work and PRs in https://github.com/elastic/apm-server/issues/14247
